At present, we are proud to offer five distinct collections of our unique, meticulously crafted blends, carefully curated to inspire a wide range of culinary creations. These collections are designed to elevate your dishes and bring out the best in every ingredient, allowing you to explore a world of flavors and expand your culinary repertoire.

Take flight with this collection and explore flavors from around the world! These blends bring the herbs and spice of India, Ethiopia, North Africa, and South America to your kitchen. This collection is for the adventurous cook who loves to explore a variety of flavor profiles in their cuisine.
LaKama and Panch Phoron have the added benefit of blends that have been known to bring medicinal effects to your food.

The Legacy Collection combines some of the blends of Southern Classic and adds two blends that take me straight to the memories of home.
Growing up in the Washington, DC metropolitan area seafood abounds and you will not enter a kitchen that doesnβt have Old Bay seasoning. SOUTH BAE adds a southern twist with lower sodium that will flavor both your vegan phish dishes and to assist those that are pescatarian bring the flavors of the DMV without raising your blood pressure!
SOUTHERN PECAN also brings a twist to a flavor profile that was prevalent in my home growing up. My parents love southern pecan ice cream this blend brings that flavor profile with a kick! Toss it in glazed nuts, your favorite sweet and savory dish or simply sprinkle on your sundaes to bring a sweet spicy surprise to your palette.

The CURRY collection has three of Chef Ameliaβs favorite curry blends into one collection.
Our original CURRY is a mild flavorful blend that brings a full bodied curry spice to your dishes without the heat! If you love curry but canβt handle spicy dishes this blend is for you.
JAMAICAN CURRY brings all the flavor and the heat! If you love it hot and spicy this is the blend for you.
TIKKA MASALA is for those in between that love sweet and savory with a tad bit of spice. Experiment with the entire collection and create a variety of dishes that will please all your curry fans.

Our Southern Classic Collection brings the flavors of the South that are prevalent in Soul Food.
Our foundation signature blend βSOULβ is an all purpose blend that is low in sodium and can be used on everything! It is the base blend curated by Chef Amelia Irene with the intent of layering the spices in your dishes. Other blends in the collection can be added to Soul to bring a variety of flavors to your meals.
COBBLER spice was initially created to bring the flavor of my grandmotherβs cobblers in one blend! Donβt limit yourself to using this amazing blend for cobblers it can be used on a variety of dishes from candied sweet potatoes to your morning cup of coffee and many things in between.
THAT MAC! AND THAT VEGAN MAC! Were created to bring all of the essential spices and herbs needed for the best Mac and cheese or Mac and cheez! This blend was inspired by my Aunt Clara who made the best Mac and Cheese! Once she taught me how to make her signature dish she passed the baton and officially crowned me the family mac and cheese Queen! Simply add this blend to your cheese sauce for a little taste of my families recipe. These blends can also be used for cheese sauces, dips, and other amazing dishes.
CRAJUN brings all of the herbs and spices from both creole and Cajun cuisine into one blend. This blend will take you straight to the French Quarter and Chef Amelia adds it to her favorite dishes - gumbo, etoufee, red beans and rice and more! This collection will enable you to prepare all of the southern classics and you will be a hit at your next Sunday Dinner or family gathering.
Collection includes Mex Soul, The Guac, Poblano, and Southern Adobo.
Who doesnβt love chips with guacamole, salsa or queso! This collection was created to bring all of the wonderful complex flavors of Mexico with a side of Soul! Mexicali Blues add Souther Flare to many of our favorites with simple blend additions that are common in southern cuisine.
MEX SOUL combines our SOUL blend with chili powder, coriander, cumin and other traditional Mexican herbs and spices. Use this blend the next time you make tacos, burritos, black beans or your favorite salsa!
THE GUAC was design so that Chef Amelia could make guacamole and avocado toast as quickly as possible! Simply add to smashed avocado, onion, jalapeΓ±os and cilantro for an amazing guacamole.
POBLANO brings some of the flavor profile in the GUAC blend but brings a bit more heat that resonates from a poblano pepper. Use this in poblano sauce, salsa verde and our favorite cilantro rice!
SOUTHERN ADOBO has become on of the most popular blends in the entire collection. An all purpose blend like SOUL, it can be used on anything. The addition of all spice brings an Afro Latin/Caribbean flare to this blend and we love it in our rice and peas or pinto beans!
